Refund Policy

30-day returns & exchanges

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange any item that is unworn, unwashed and still has its original tags attached. Approved returns receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Wrong size? Exchanges are easy — email us and we'll help you swap for the right size (subject to stock).

How to start a return

• Email helal@colombiafashionllc.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
• We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address in Brooklyn, NY.
• Pack the item with its tags on and send it back. We recommend a tracked service.
• Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, your refund is processed within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or we simply sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — and we'll cover the return shipping. You should never pay for our mistake.

30-Day Warranty add-on

If you added the optional 30-Day Warranty ($5.00) at checkout, defects and accidental damage reported within 30 days of delivery are covered with a replacement or refund under the same simple process above.

What can't be returned

• Items that have been worn, washed or had their tags removed (unless defective).
• Items returned after the 30-day window (unless defective).
• The Shipping Protection and 30-Day Warranty add-on fees themselves, once an order has shipped.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.
